Robin is a Wildlife and Nature photographer residing in Sydney having come to photography a decade ago as a way of decompressing from a stressful other career. She strives in her photography to always find the lighter side of life - being out in nature, getting grubby in the dirt or waiting for hours in the hot sun or freezing cold; it's all a metaphor for being able to transport herself deep into another world. Animals, with their unpredictability and ability to make her laugh out loud are her passion. She hopes her work conveys that joy. Robin is sponsored by Sony as a Digital Imaging Ambassador and provides education and workshops. She is the current 2023 Australian Photographic Prize -  Nature, Wildlife and overall Digital Photographer of the Year. She was a finalist in 2023 Australian Geographic awards and Winner of the 2023 Federation of Camera Clubs Digital Colour awards.  She shoots with a Sony A1 and a DJI MP3 both of which she is passionate about.
