Artist - Kevin Brady
Kevin Brady is a Sydney based photographer with a passion for Landscape/Seascape photography.
Kevin draws inspiration from Sydney’s iconic natural coastline using long exposures to explore the interplay of light and movement. In part, influenced by eastern philosophies where elements of “Yin and Yang blend in the images to create a contradictory balance of calmness and energy.
Kevin’s imagery is often punctuated with strong colours against softer more neutral backgrounds creating enchanted dreamlike scenes that fringe on the unsettling.
Kevin’s journey into photography began many decades ago in the era of film photography but went on pause to pursue a corporate career. However, back then the seed was planted and the arrival of Covid reignited the passion about four years ago. Photography creates conscious and mindful connections to the world that creates permeance through the fluidity of time.
